Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for key digital sales roles, including leadership positions
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier sales talent
Leverage data and analytics to track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition focused on digital sales recruiting
Proven success in hiring high-performing sales professionals in SaaS or digital marketplaces
Experience leveraging recruitment technology and tools, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field is preferred
