Senior Workforce Management Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Workforce Management Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support and optimize workforce management best practices in scheduling tools
Analyze operations data to identify opportunities and communicate findings to leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance labor utilization and improve employee experience
Required Qualifications
2 - 4 years of experience in workforce management or data analytics, preferably in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality
Resort Operations Management experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data gathering and statistical processing
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting
Ability to identify patterns in data and processes
