Series 65 Licensed Client Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Experience & Onboarding Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests via phone and email, providing tools and information for account management
Assist prospects with inquiries about investment philosophy and account opening processes
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and collaborate with custodians to resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
Series 65 or equivalent license (CFP, Series 66, ChFC, CFA)
Fluency in various brokerage account types
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment
Strong technical skills for assisting clients with computer and smartphone issues
Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
