Service Desk Analyst I
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst I to provide first-level support in IT Technology Services.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming calls and handle incidents or service requests using IT Service Management software
Utilize various tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely and onsite
Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests for communication and reporting
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
MCP, A+, ITIL, or other IT industry standard certification preferred
0-4 years of experience in Information Technology or Healthcare required
Knowledge of PC components and Microsoft software required
