Service Desk Workflow Coordinator
A company is looking for a Service Desk Workflow Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, track, and assign tickets to appropriate queues, ensuring timely updates and escalations
Provide personalized support to Owners and C-Level Executives, maintaining confidentiality and privacy
Document actions and procedures in the ticketing system and assist team members as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an enterprise corporate support role
At least 3 years of experience with Apple configuration and support
Experience with Active Directory, MS Office, and both Windows and Mac environments
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Must be available for on-call support
