Service Integration Analyst
A company is looking for a Service Integration Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, develop, and maintain the Service Operations knowledge repository for consumer care representatives
Communicate updates on policies, procedures, and job aids to Service Operations staff
Collaborate with departments to develop and review cross-functional policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
Minimum of two years of experience in a managed care or healthcare environment required
Minimum of two years of experience in developing policies and procedures required
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Visio experience and instructional design preferred
