SMB Sales Development Representative
A company is looking for a Small Business Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect small to mid-sized ecommerce and fintech merchants through various outreach methods
Qualify leads through discovery conversations and needs analysis
Collaborate with Small Business Account Executives to hand off warm opportunities
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS, ecommerce, or fintech
Experience with outbound prospecting and initiating conversations with merchants
Familiarity with the ecommerce ecosystem and merchant pain points
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Bonus: Experience using sales tech tools like Hubspot, Gong, or Zoominfo
