Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Consulting Solutions Engineers and foster a culture of trust and improvement
Partner with Sales Leaders on strategy, coverage models, and execution
Collaborate with SE leaders to implement a successful regional specialist SE strategy
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Solution Engineering within Customer Experience (CX) or CCaaS
2+ years of experience leading a technical pre-sales organization
Proven ability to engage, retain, and develop a high-performing team
Experience in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Government industries
Understanding of multi-vendor solution architectures, both on-premises and cloud
