Staff BSA - ServiceNow
A company is looking for a Staff BSA - ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the implementation and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, HR, and Security modules
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and develop performance analytics dashboards and reports
Develop and implement a ServiceNow roadmap that aligns with IT and business strategies
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in implementing and administering SaaS business systems, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, and Scrum
Proficiency in project tracking and collaboration tools like JIRA or Confluence
Consulting experience in ITOM, IRM, CMDB, or AIOps is highly preferred
