A company is looking for an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor to support members in reducing or eliminating alcohol use through telehealth services. Key Responsibilities Evaluate new members and formulate care plans in collaboration with medical staff Facilitate individual coaching sessions and manage a caseload of members Document sessions, track member engagement, and develop new clinical tools Required Qualifications Certified as an alcohol and drug counselor or equivalent certification 3-5 years of experience in alcohol use disorder or addiction treatment BA/BS and/or MA preferred Experience with EMR systems and telehealth settings Knowledge of evidence-based SUD treatment programs and harm reduction models
