A company is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, Utilization Management Clinical Quality. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily workforce management, including staffing, queue assignments, and payroll Manage compliance with regulatory timelines and coordinate with internal teams for escalations Support onboarding and training of clinicians and ensure adherence to department policies Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of hire Associate Degree and/or Bachelor's of Nursing from an accredited school of nursing 5+ years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in an acute care setting 3+ years of utilization review experience at a managed care plan or provider organization Knowledge of health insurance concepts, with Medicare and Individual Marketplace experience preferred
