A company is looking for a Telephonic Triage RN to work in a remote Occupational Health triage call center. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls and document each call accurately Provide assessments of symptoms using proprietary triage algorithms while ensuring HIPAA compliance Monitor and track call center productivity metrics and adhere to personal schedule Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM Willingness to work every other weekend and major U.S. holidays Access to a private workspace and high-speed internet at home
