Key Responsibilities Review clinical documentation to ensure accurate representation of patient care severity and complexity Communicate findings and recommend corrective actions to leadership and staff Develop and present ongoing education on documentation trends and CDI practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing Five years of progressively responsible clinical work experience Three years of experience as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist Experience with MS-DRG and APR-DRG focused reviews RN or LPN license required; CCDS certification preferred
