A company is looking for a Manager, DTC Supply Chain Operations. Key Responsibilities: Own forecasting, purchasing, and inventory strategy to ensure products are in stock and purchased at optimal cost Oversee fulfillment operations and 3PL performance, ensuring timely delivery and cost control Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including inventory health and fulfillment costs Qualifications: 5+ years in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or purchasing roles in a DTC or eCommerce environment Proven track record of managing 3PLs and optimizing fulfillment processes Experience supporting marketing and customer experience functions in fast-paced environments Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and modeling costs Project management experience preferred, especially with vendor timelines and system rollouts
