Support Lead
A company is looking for a Support Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily support queue and ensure timely resolutions for customer issues
Manage and mentor a small team of support specialists
Streamline support processes and collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues
Required Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a SaaS environment
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Jira
Understanding of the water, wastewater, or environmental compliance industry is a plus
Bonus: Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, basic scripting, and database/API experience
