A company is looking for a System Testing Manager to develop a case management system for a social services agency client. Key Responsibilities Lead the establishment and implementation of testing protocols including system, integration, performance, regression, and acceptance testing Oversee test case preparation and the documentation of testing activities Identify and track application defects, prioritizing and reporting on their status Required Qualifications At least three (3) years of experience directing software testing activities on large automated systems development projects Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Child Support Programs and automated systems Five (5) years of experience in software testing, including system, integration, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing Five (5) years of experience developing test plans and cases from requirements and design documentation One (1) year of experience documenting and tracking requirements and test cases through SDLC phases using an ALM tool
