A company is looking for a Talent Relations Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Coordinates employee relations programs and ensures compliance with local policies and practices Maintains employee relations records and collaborates with Talent Operations and finance teams Provides day-to-day advice to employees on Talent-related queries and prepares Talent-specific reports Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR generalist role or similar position Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws Advanced communication skills in English Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
