Technical Support Technician
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative (m/f/d).
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for security solutions via phone, email, chat, or remote access
Assist partners and customers with configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
Support customers and partners in protecting their IT infrastructure
Required Qualifications
Completed education with a focus on IT (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL, FH, university)
Ideally, experience in technical support
Strong solution-oriented thinking and willingness to learn new technologies
Basic knowledge of public cloud, VPN, virtualization, IoT, Microsoft 365, and web technologies is an advantage
