Technical Support Technician
A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide essential IT support and maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users via phone, email, and ticket requests
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, as well as support mobile devices
Manage office moves and conference room technology setup, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding requests
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of Service Desk experience, preferably in a law firm
Experience in a Microsoft environment, with familiarity in Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
Knowledge of Dell hardware, printers, scanners, and computer peripherals
Experience with mobile operating systems, VPN, and file server knowledge
Certifications such as MTA, MCSA Windows 10/11, or COMPTIA A+ are desired
