Telecom Help Desk Specialist
A company is looking for a Telecom Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Triage incident and service requests from customers for mobile devices
Order, deploy, and manage cellular devices while documenting activities in ITSM
Provide first-tier technical support and troubleshoot moderately complex technical problems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
No management experience required
Ability to work under limited supervision
Physical ability to perform essential functions, including sitting for extended periods
