A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, responding to member and provider inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Review, verify, and process membership applications efficiently, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Maintain and update member information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity across multiple client accounts
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
2-4 years of experience in health insurance processing, customer service, call center, or healthcare-related field
Knowledge of healthcare medical terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
Ability to clear a background check
