Texas Licensed Epic Cadence Analyst
A company is looking for a Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day ticketing for the Epic Cadence module, troubleshooting and resolving end user issues
Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling and patient access services
Maintain system documentation, change logs, and configuration records while meeting SLA standards
Required Qualifications
Epic Cadence certification is required; additional certifications in Cogito, Security, Grand Central, and Prelude are helpful
3+ years of experience in Epic Cadence and referral Epic Build & Support
Understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
Experience with ITSM and ticketing tools like ServiceNow is a plus
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with internal/external stakeholders
