Texas Licensed Retention Specialist
A company is looking for a DTC Retention Specialist to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and concerns
Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop targeted retention strategies
Manage the renewal process for existing policies and track retention metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Equivalent work experience in customer service and sales within the insurance or financial services industry also considered
440 License required
2+ years' experience in a customer service or sales position, preferably in the insurance sector
Ability to analyze customer data and develop targeted retention strategies
