A company is looking for a Tier 3 Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the highest level of escalation for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with development and support teams to identify trends, improve processes, and provide training on troubleshooting techniques
Document all technical support interactions and monitor issues via customer ticketing systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role focused on troubleshooting complex issues
Deep knowledge of the LAMP stack, including proficiency in Linux, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
