Timekeeping Coordinator
A company is looking for a Timekeeping Coordinator to provide administrative timekeeping support to industrial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Function as a timekeeping system superuser and run daily reports to identify payroll errors
Audit and enforce compliance in the timekeeping system and manage incoming requests
Develop relationships with support teams and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred
At least 3 years of administration or customer service/support experience
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with UKG Kronos
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, remote environment
Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
