Bilingual Customer Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Provide inbound and outbound support in both English and French, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Monitor live trips, manage disruptions, and communicate updates to customers and drivers
Build customer relationships, educate on DOT regulations, and ensure satisfaction through follow-ups
Required Qualifications:
