Key Responsibilities
Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally while providing patient-focused service
Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into electronic medical records
Support changes in call flow processes and suggest improvements to enhance service levels
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in healthcare, sales, or customer service, preferably in a contact center environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating web-based applications
Experience in a medical or healthcare environment is preferred
Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese
Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced call center environment
