A company is looking for a Product Designer, User Experience. Key Responsibilities Creates user experience and visual design solutions based on business objectives and user research Optimizes multi-step user flows using various design tools and maintains defined UX and brand standards Collects and interprets results of user research to make design recommendations and advocates for the end user Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in a related field Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup Proficiency in at least two core disciplines: visual design, UX design, prototyping, front-end development, or user research Strong organization and analytic thinking skills Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
