Key Responsibilities Builds scalable user research solutions and cultivates a community of growth through coaching and mentoring Advises on usability trends and ensures cross-disciplinary involvement in research plans Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and develops well-crafted research plans Required Qualifications A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in UX design, service design, and/or user research Demonstrated experience with CSS and creating visual assets Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Ability to acquire a Public Trust Clearance Portfolio required for consideration
