A company is looking for a Vendor Contracts Manager responsible for managing vendor contracts and change orders. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements and business contracts Perform risk analysis and engage internal experts for contract development Maintain contract templates and track the efficiency of existing processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or Finance 3-5 years of experience in negotiating vendor agreements within a CRO or pharmaceutical context Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with process improvement and change management A Juris Doctor degree with a focus on contracts/transactional law is preferred
