Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software upgrades while minimizing disruption to business operations
Analyze and debug custom and base code to develop effective solutions for implementation teams and customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure a seamless upgrade process and efficient issue resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3+ years of related industry experience in system development and implementation
Proficiency in C#/Java and SQL language
Experience with Duck Creek suite of products
Knowledge of the insurance domain and P&C insurance software applications
