Vocational Case Manager

A company is looking for a Vocational Case Manager to support the Vocational Recovery Services program. Key Responsibilities: Manage cases in accordance with Vocational Recovery standards and maintain communication with all stakeholders Complete accurate and timely documentation and reports, ensuring the implementation of case management plans Provide ongoing support, counseling, and vocational assessments to assist clients in returning to work Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a similar field preferred Minimum of one national board certification required at time of hire (e.g., LRC, CRC, CDMS, CVE) Must meet state jurisdictional eligibility requirements for vocational case management Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and state/local regulations preferred Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office
