A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls to assist clients in booking transportation solutions Utilize proprietary marketplace technology to create tailored trip quotes and streamline the booking process Meet or exceed performance metrics, including revenue targets and conversion rates Required Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable handling 50-75 calls per day High School Diploma or equivalent; sales certifications or additional training are a plus Advanced computer/tech skills and experience with CRM tools and sales platforms Proactive and self-driven mindset suitable for a remote-first work environment
