A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to support employee relations initiatives and manage complex employee issues. Key Responsibilities Drive the implementation of Employee Relations strategies and ensure consistent application across the organization Conduct and lead complex investigations related to employee issues and prepare investigative summaries with recommendations Advise business leaders on employee relations matters while identifying and implementing resolutions to complex issues Required Qualifications 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years managing complex employee relations issues Demonstrable knowledge of current employment law and best practices in Employee Relations Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and propose practical solutions Exceptional coaching and conflict resolution skills MBA/MA or JD preferred; global experience is a plus
