Weekend Customer Service Supervisor
A company is looking for a Weekend Supervisor Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly activities of team members
Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct annual performance reviews
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years or older
3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience managing 10 or more employees
3+ years of experience in analyzing and solving customer problems in a relevant environment
Proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to learn new computer systems
