Workday Product Owner
A company is looking for a Workday Product Owner - HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday HR-related system enhancements and configuration
Manage the product backlog for HR and payroll-related work, aligning system capabilities with business needs
Develop and deliver Workday training materials and provide hands-on support for HR system issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience working with Workday HR modules, preferably in a product owner or HRIS analyst role
Strong understanding of HR business processes and system configurations
Experience with Workday system administration, including business process configuration and integrations
Ability to translate business needs into system solutions while managing competing priorities
