Key Responsibilities Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution by investigating and gathering necessary information Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients Required Qualifications 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred Knowledge of jurisdiction laws for CT, MA, NH, RI, VT Licensing in CT, RI, NH, VT, or ME (only one state required)
