Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met while leading advocacy program development
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers and coordinators to deliver high-quality service
Monitor industry trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve client strategies based on patient feedback
Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant professional advocacy experience
A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in science or business is a plus
A minimum of one year of prior staff management experience preferred
Experience in healthcare patient advocacy, communications, or bio-pharma advocacy
Demonstrated track record of expanding business with existing clients and supporting new business pitches
