A company is looking for a Director, Actuarial Services. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret financial data to address business questions regarding financial projections Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of actuaries to ensure accurate and insightful analysis Develop monthly financial forecasts and yearly budgets for Provider Organization partners Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus Relevant actuarial certification (e.g., ASA, FSA) and membership in good standing with the American Academy of Actuaries 8+ years of experience in actuarial roles with increasing responsibilities 2+ years of experience managing a team Relevant experience with MSSP and ACO REACH programs
