Key Responsibilities Teach courses in the Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Human Factors programs, primarily through online modalities Participate in departmental, college, and university committees Support the development and delivery of human factors-related curriculum and general education courses Required Qualifications Ph.D. in Human Factors, Human Factors Engineering, Cognition, Physiology, Ergonomics, Human Computer Interaction, Systems Engineering, Applied Human Factors, or Industrial Psychology Demonstrated competency in human factors-related studies and practices Industry or government experience related to human cognitive, physiological, psychological, or biomechanical performance Experience in human-system interface design and related skills
