Key Responsibilities Establish relationships with key business units to advocate for enterprise application utilization, support, and training Analyze business unit needs and monitor application performance to ensure expectations are met Manage IT analysts/developers, overseeing project work and resolving emergent issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required Five (5+) years of enterprise application experience with increasing responsibility Combination of functional and technical knowledge required Experience with PeopleSoft and OnBase applications is highly desirable Experience in higher education is preferred
