A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager - Commercial. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary internal lead for assigned customer programs, ensuring all deliverables for production runs are on track Coordinate production planning, incoming materials, QC, batch releases, and shipping timelines for active orders Act as the operational point of contact for assigned accounts alongside the Account Manager Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Nutrition, Lifesciences, or a related field (Master's preferred) PMP or relevant PM certification is helpful 0-4 years of experience in Customer Service or Project Coordination, preferably in nutraceuticals or food supplements Understanding of formulation-to-launch processes and experience with SAP ERP and Project Management Tools Solid ability to balance aggressive demands and collaborate across different areas
