A company is looking for a Benefits Account Manager. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day management of Health Plan client processes and inquiries Assist in the production of quarterly business reviews and manage client reporting requirements Support client Open Enrollment events and monitor client member issues Required Qualifications Experience in client management or customer service Knowledge of the PBM or healthcare industry Proven ability to handle complex client issues Strong project management skills Ability to understand and document processes to meet client contractual needs
