Benefits Director
A company is looking for a Human Resources Benefits Director.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy to attract and retain talent
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations related to employee benefits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field required; relevant Master's degree preferred
Seven years of experience in Benefits, with a minimum of three years in management within a healthcare setting
Experience managing a self-funded medical plan is required
Demonstrated strategic skills in business planning and financial acumen
Proficient knowledge of computer systems and software relevant to the role
