Bi-lingual Call Center Representative
A company is looking for a Bi-lingual Call Center Senior Representative (English/Spanish). Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance with billing questions and concerns Research and resolve customer issues while promoting positive relations and adhering to company policies Document interactions and feedback, and suggest improvements to procedures based on customer input Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience Must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English Ability to work in a remote capacity with a suitable workspace Familiarity with required technology specifications for remote work
