A company is looking for a Bilingual Account Resolution Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to perform collections activities
Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years' experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
Ability to enter and update data accurately and in a timely manner
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays as needed
