Bilingual Customer Support Technician
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Technician, Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and problems regarding software and hardware via phone, email, or chat
Triage and troubleshoot customer issues to document and resolve problems
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support level when necessary
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in French
1 year of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
Ability to work remotely or from an office
