Bilingual Portfolio Administration Coordinator
A company is looking for a Portfolio Administration Coordinator (Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
Review and manage leased and owned property documents, ensuring accuracy in financial obligations and lease information
Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies related to Year-End Common Area Maintenance, Insurance, and Real Estate Tax reconciliations
Communicate with clients and partners regarding critical dates, policies, and inquiries while maintaining landlord and subtenant relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
Spanish written and verbal skills required
Ability to interpret and abstract complex real estate lease terminology
Data Management and Bill Pay experience preferred
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
