Business Analyst (Customer Success)
A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Customer Success) to manage customer success analytics and support the Customer Success department.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for all customer success analytics needs
Own and manage customer success metrics, including monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present changes in key performance indicators with actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of data analytics experience
3+ years of working within Revenue Ops or Business Ops, preferably in Customer Success Ops/Analytics
Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Software business metrics and KPIs
Good knowledge of Excel and SQL
Experience with BI solutions and familiarity with SFDC, Gainsight, and Snowflake is advantageous
