California Licensed Agent Success Advisor
A company is looking for an Agent Success Advisor to provide support and resources to agents during the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver best-in-class customer service focused on first call resolution
Document, process, and complete agent requests accurately and timely
Assist agents with carrier contract submission and train them on internal systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Outlook
Experience with data entry and workflow management systems
Comfortable in a paper-less, electronic document-based environment
Ability to adhere to HIPAA and PHI guidelines
Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
