A company is looking for a Financial Project Manager to oversee and manage continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead change management and continuous improvement projects across the organization Coach and support the development of staff while reporting project statuses and action items Conduct research and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy development Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or Finance; advanced degree preferred 5+ years of experience in a process and/or systems improvement role Experience in developing process maps and maintaining project plans Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate challenges effectively
